Returns and exchange
If the size does not fit, we will exchange it.
Size exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags.
- Each order can be exchanged once, subject to stock in the new size.
How to request
Send your order details and a photo of the piece on WhatsApp. We will guide you through the next steps.
If we cannot fulfil an item
If an item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will tell you right away. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount.
